    You may return defective items within a month of delivery for a full refund or exchange .
    Please email us for technical support and return instructions before returning the item.
    Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling cost.

    a  Digimartz will offer  $7.5 re-shipping  fee and handing cost  for buyer, and try the best to avoid any custom tax.
    b  Digimartz offer full refund service or  bear return & reshipping cost if we make wrong the order, sure it be , we          will try the best to avoid this happen
    c   We provide manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects on the products we carry.
    d  we will reship a brand new  item instand of the defective item  (if it don't affect second time sale) within 2          business days when we get the return.

    Restocking fee up to 5% of total price might be charged for non-defective return items.
    Please provide tracking information ,your order No. for any return packages.so that once we get the return,we can follow up your case  ASAP for you.
